After our successful menopause workshop in 2023, we have expanded the content into a series of three parts for 2024.
  
 In this upcoming series, we will look at menopause through the lens of the three pillars of life in Ayurveda: food, sleep and sex. Each class will focus on one of these in-depth, with guidance on how to balance that area from an Ayurvedic point of view. We’ll also facilitate small group discussions, so that you can connect with each other and leave time for questions, too.
 
Each session will be held at the shop from 6-7:30 with flexibility for lingering conversations.
  

Feb 7: Sleep

Without quality sleep, we are going to have a tough time balancing the rest of the body. So, let’s look at the obstacles to a good night’s sleep and the ways that Ayurveda can facilitate a good night’s sleep on a reliable, regular basis. We’ll dive into night sweats, insomnia, resistance to sleep, and more of the most common problems. You’ll leave with a toolbox of tweaks to create the optimum environment for sleep, as well as surprising and fresh ways to address this most important aspect of our health.
