She’s a 500-hr YogaWorks Certified yoga teacher, and her Ayurvedic education was completed at the California College of Ayurveda in Nevada City, CA, under the guidance of renowned teachers, including Dr. Marc Halpern, Mary Thompson, Sandhiya Ramaswamy, Laksma Das, and Mary Alice Quinn.
Through Thunderbolt Ayurveda, her Petaluma-based office, Leah offers ongoing consultations, a membership program, and seasonal retreats to support her clients in shifting their health and their lives.
