Please join us in welcoming Erin Masako Wilkins of Herb Folk to our space this February for:

Lit From Within - How to Read Tea Leaves and Nourish Your Spirit as We Begin to Welcome the Spring Season

Erin will be guiding us through a one hour workshop where we will have a tea tasting of two locally sourced herbal teas from Herb Folk; will learn how to read our own tea leaves as a way to forecast and set intentions for the new season; and talk about herbs and ways to nurture yourself with spring on the way & stay lit from within.

Owner, Erin Masako Wilkins, is an Asian American herbalist, Japanese acupuncturist, and the author of Asian American Herbalism: Traditional and Modern Healing Practices for Everyday Wellness. She teaches virtual and in-person workshops, and is faculty at the California School of Herbal Studies and Land of Verse.

Erin's work is rooted in East Asian energetic theory –– tapping into her own ancestral healing traditions to empower others to restore health and prevent illness. And she remains a dedicated activist at the intersection of herbalism, racial equity, and environmental justice.

We are thrilled and grateful to have Erin in our space and to continue to share integral community members with each of you.
