Date To Be Announced.
Please join us in welcoming Erin Masako Wilkins of Herb Folk to our space this June for our second session together:
Menopause: The Yin and Yang of Hormonal Health
Join Asian American herbalist and author Erin Wilkins for an empowering workshop exploring menopause and beyond through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, life transitions like perimenopause are not viewed as imbalances to “fix,” but as natural shifts in our energetic landscape. You’ll learn how Qi, Blood, Yin, and Yang influence your hormones, emotions, and energy—and how to harmonize them with herbs and food as medicine. We’ll also explore the 7-Year Cycles, TCM’s unique framework for understanding the evolving phases of a woman’s body.
Plus, you’ll gain hands-on experience with tongue reading—one of TCM’s most accessible self-assessment tools—to better understand your own state of balance. You will learn about perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause in TCM and the impact on hormonal health, while also understanding 7-year Cycles of aging and herbs & food as medicine.
Space is limited—reserve your spot and reconnect with the deep cyclical wisdom of your body through time-honored East Asian practices and modern insight.
